Bhoomika Divorce case | Actress Bhoomika filed Divorce in Mumbai Court
Actress Bhoomika Chawla is said to have filed her divorce papers in a Mumbai court. She married famous yoga teacher and her longtime friend Bharat Thakur in 2007. The marriage is falling apart and the reasons said to be are the failures of their joint business ventures.
Bhoomika quit films after marriage and turned an entrepreneur and a film producer. Her first production venture in Telugu ‘Thakida Thakida’ incurred the couple heavy losses and apparently the first cracks appeared then. Again their much publicized Yoga School started with huge investment in Dubai has also failed to take off.
Bhoomika may return to films after the verdict. Bhoomika’s Kollywood career started with ‘Rojakootam’. She then did ‘Badrii’ with Vijay and her last film in Tamil was ‘Jillunnu Oru Kadhal’ opposite Suriya. She has one art house film in Tamil ‘Kalavaadiya Pozhudhugal’ opposite Prabhu Deva which is long in the making.
