Bombay high court confirms death sentence for Ajmal Kasab
The Bombay high court on Monday upheld the death sentence for the captured Pakistani terrorist Ajmal Kasab nine months after he was awarded the death penalty by a special trial court for the death of 166 persons in the 26/11 terror attacks.
The 24-year-old convict, hailing from Faridkot in Punjab province of Pakistan, appeared on screen before the court through the medium of video conference.
