India’s largest mobile service provider Bharti Airtel has plans to unveil an all new refreshing new logo next week. The company will be spending over Rs. 300 Crores globally to change the brand identity. The new brand identity will be unveiled all across India, Africa, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Seychelles.

The new look of the brand is expected to have a swoosh locked with the word Airtel. The way Airtel is written may also change, it is not expected to have a capital ‘A’ under the new brand. The red colour, though, will still be dominant in the new brand. Sources said the Airtel’s re-branding is done by the agency J Walter Thompson. [Source]
By looking at the new logo, it looks like Airtel has taken inspiration from Zain Telecom of Africa which Bharti Airtel recently acquired.
The Bharti Airtel also plans change the design of its recharge vouchers and publicity materials.
