CDAC Mohali has invited candidates for the Post of Computer Operators in Punjab Health System Corporation (PHSC). The Candidates who are interested for the CDAC Mohali Recruitment 2011 in Punjab Health System Corporation (PHSC) can register online at the CDAC Mohali Official Website.
Details Regarding CDAC Recruitment 2011:
Candidates who are interested for the Post of Computer Operator at Punjab Health System Corporation (PHSC) are advised to apply online on the official website. The online application will be received up till 5:00PM of 20/01/2011. Only On-line registered application forms will be entertained.
For applying online, candidates are required to fill out the form available on the site http://recruitment.cdacmohali.in by clicking at the link “Punjab Health System Corporation”.
Before filling the form, a Demand Draft of prescribed Application Fee amount of Rs. 250/ for General Cacndidates- (Rs. 100/- for Scheduled Caste Candidates) in favour of “Director, CDAC MOHALI” PAYABLE AT MOHALI/CHANDIGARH should be ready with the candidate.
The Draft Number, Date and Bank Name details are required to be entered in the Application form.
After filling out the form, candidates are required to get the printout (2 copies) of the filled in form after the Registration number is generated. Send one copy of the form bearing the registration number with self attested photograph along with original demand draft at the following address: C-DAC, A-34, Industrial Area, Phase 8, Mohali.
The candidate can check his/her fee confirmation by visiting the site again by entering his/her registeration number and password from 30/01/2011 onwards.
For any problem, help can be taken from the help line no 0172-2237052 available during working hours (9:00AM to 5:30PM).
A written test for all candidates will be held on 13/02/2010 at 11.30 A.M. Venue for the test will be intimated on the admit card, available online on website. The Admit Card should be available with the candidate ate the time of written test.
Merit list will be prepared on the basis of written test and will be available on www.punjabhealth.co.in after 16.02.2011 along with information regarding the venue , date and time of counseling. Candidates will not be informed informed about the result and counseling schedule.
