www.dda.org.in is an official website of Delhi Development Authority (DDA).
DDA was created in 1957 under the provisions of the Delhi Development Act “to promote and secure the development of Delhi”.
The application form and brochure for newly announced DDA housing scheme 2010 will be available from 24 November 2010 to 24 December 2010.
As per DDA housing scheme 2010, any citizen of India who has attained the age of 18 years can apply for the flat provided he/she does not own any residential flat or plot in full or in part on lease hold or free hold basis in Delhi, New Delhi, Delhi Cantonment either in his or her own name or in the name of his/her wife/husband or in the name of minor or dependent children. In this scheme both husband and wife can apply but only one will be allotted flat in case both are found successful.
One person can submit only one application form. The applicant can apply only if he has a valid Pan Card and a bank account.
The registration fee for the flats under DDA Housing Scheme 2010 is Rs. 1.5 Lakhs. Registration fee for Janta flats is Rs. 50,000. The cost of the form has been fixed at Rs. 105 and it will be available at head office of the Delhi Development Authority which is located at Vikas Sadan.
