An action packed tale, the story begins with Gangaram (gopi) whose sole dream in life is to become a cop. With hard work he does become a policeman and owing to his brave acts, he gets promoted as an encounter specialist. He is given a mission to clean the gangs of Khaleel (kelly) and Saleem (shawar). Gangaram gets going with his act and becomes famous as well, he also meets Pavitra (priyamani) and both of them fall in love.
