Graeme swann | stuart broad

ENGLAND romped to an innings victory in the second Ashes Test this morning but their joy was clouded by the news that Stuart Broad is out of the rest of the tour.
Victory by an innings and 71 was delivered by off-spinner Graeme Swann, who took the last three wickets to finish with five for 91.

Broad, who suffered a torn stomach muscle bowling on Monday, said he was ìheart-brokenî to be heading home.

He will miss the final three Tests in Australia and the one-day series, but hopes to return for the World Cup in February.
