Thottu Par is the film produced by Tholpavai Theatres. New face Vidarth and Lakshana are in the lead roles. Ramana is donning the villain role. K V Nandu who is directing the film said,” This film is about a youth who comes from Dindigul to Chennai and encounters certain problems.
We shot a car chasing scene in the Ennore Bridge using 40 cars. The hero Vidarth sustained small injuries while shooting this scene. This scene will be much spoken about. We have shot the knives throwing festival for the climax scene.
800 people have acted in this scene. This scene will also be much spoken about. Since new actors are acting in this film, they are calling it a small budgeted film. This is wrong. This film is a high budgeted film.
The shooting of this film is over. There is a kissing scene in this film. The Censor Board members seeing this scene wanted some shots to be deleted. We have planned to release the film by end of next month.”
