Throwing light on the film's story, director Naga says that the film is set in Nagercoil. It talks about a family which moves into the ancestral house and encounters paranormal occurrences. Though it is a ghost movie, the director claims that it ain't scary. The film throws light on relationships, family bonding and respecting our elders. Naga adds that producer Shankar has been very encouraging and motivating.
