John Abraham is perhaps the only star whose butt is in the news more than he is. First, he did that sexy shot in Dostana where, like a merman, he emerged from the water in his itsy bitsy yellow briefs and had the nation drooling. Then comes the news last week, that he is now on his way to being the owner of a butt worth 10 milllion bucks.

While insuring body parts in the West is the done thing, except for Rajinikanth insuring his voice here, so no one mimics him without his permission, we wonder if the trend will catch on. For, jumping on to the me-too bandwagon has long been a tradition in Bollywood. And John’s premium butt has had other stars thinking.

We spoke to some of the hottest stars of the tinsel world to find out which part of their body they think is worth paying a hefty premium for.

Priyanka Chopra, right now one of the busiest stars in Bollywood and a National Award winner says, “No body parts for me, but I want to insure my smile!”

And is her smile worth millions? She candidly admits, “Well, though I wouldn’t know the price at which I can do it, this is the only thing that comes to my mind first when I think of insuring anything.”

On the other hand, Vidya Balan prefers to insure skills over features. She says, “I want to get my talking skills insured.” Now that is a strange one, how can anyone take away her talking skills?

And you can trust the Kapoor khandaan to be generous as always. Ranbir Kapoor, the box office favourite of the moment says, “I don’t want any of my body parts insured. Frankly speaking, for me it’s a little difficult to decide. But I would rather insure Saif Ali Khan’s butt! Yeah, I know it’s very surprising for you, but I know what I want to insure!” If Kareena wants to insure Saif’s butt, it is understandable, but Ranbir?

And the politically correct Deepika Padukone chose to be boring and gave us a sagely piece of advice. “Forget about insuring body parts. The best way to insure your body is to work out.”
