Shakti is an upcoming Telugu film starring Jr. NTR and Ileana D’Cruz. The film is directed by Meher Ramesh and produced by C. Ashwini Dutt under the banner of the Vyjayanthi Movies production company. The film will be dubbed into Tamil and released simultaneously with the Telugu version, on 31 March 2011 in Telugu.
The shooting of Shakti was launched on January 28, 2010. The budget of the film is around rupees 45 crores, making it highest budget movie in telugu till date.
