Finance Department Rajasthan announced Bonus to State Government Employees for 2009- 10 by declaring its ad-hoc bonus for the state government employees of Rajasthan for the year 2010-11. This 30 days ad-hoc bonus would not be offered to all the employees as it based on the certain terms and conditions out of which one of the primary condition is that only non-gazetted employees who were in service on 31st March, 2010 and continued to be in the service on 1st April, 2010 and were drawing in the pay scale below 8000-13500 / Grade pay of Rs 5400 as the case may be and who have rendered the six months of continuous service during the year 2009-10 would be eligible for the payment for this ad-hoc bonus.
