Ragini Dwivedi, the queen bee of Sandalwood, is on a high! Why? The lady is currently busy with Gandhedhe, Holi and Ommomme in Kannada.
Ragini is also all set to make her Mollywood debut soon, playing a prominent role in Major Ravi's much-hyped Kandahar starring Amitabh Bachchan, Mohanlal and Ganesh Venkataraman. The actress, who will play Ganesh Venkataraman’s love interest, will start work on Kandahar on June 15.
“I play a very bold and independent working girl, who supports her love interest in every way. I’m also the link between the father and son—Amitabh and Ganesh,” she said to a leading English daily.
“I think the moment I see Amitabh Bachchan, I’ll be spellbound and speechless. Before the shoot starts, I will definitely tell both Mohanlal and Amitabh that it’s an honour to be working with them,” she added. Kandahar is a trilingual being made in Malayalam, Tamil and Hindi.
