Ready is an upcoming Bollywood comedy film directed by Anees Bazmee. It stars Salman Khan and Asin in the lead roles, who are paring for the second time after London Dreams. The film also stars Paresh Rawal, Arya Babbar and Mahesh Manjrekar in supporting roles. The film is a remake of the 2008 Telugu film Ready directed by Sreenu Vaitla and starring Ram and Genelia.The cinematography is handled by P. C. Sriram. The film is scheduled for release on 27 May 2011.
Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has literally turned the caretaker of his co-star Asin. As already reported, the two are acting together in the film ‘Ready’. During the shooting of the film Asin fell ill and Salman did his best in taking care of the actress. The insiders report that Salman recommended little shots of the wedding scene they take part, to make Asin comfortable. The film director Anees Bazmee too rendered his cooperation in making the shots a bit shorter so as to abide by Sallu’s recommendations.
The macho star reportedly had a stroll with Asin at the National Park in which a sequence was shot previously. When asked about the same, Asin acknowledged the matter with much gratitude.
