Bhairava Murthy reigns over a gated community in a posh neighbourhood of Hyderabad. He owns one house, has a few on lease and bosses over all the others as the secretary of the welfare association. For the houses available on rent he has custom-designed “TO LET” boards which proclaim in bold letters,”Bachelours and Dogs not allowed.”
One day this over-bearing man’s son, Prasad, goes to Bangalore to collect his MBA marks-sheet, chances upon a beautiful girl and is love-struck. Before he can follow her and find out her details he is forced to come back to Hyderabad. At home he pines for that vision he saw in Bangalore. Unbeknownst to him, that girl, Madhumitha, works in Hyderabad.
